- Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with a shipping fee of £12.95. Orders typically arrive within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50, delivered via EMS. Orders typically arrive within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is dispatched. We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas in Asia.
Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, Backless Dresses and Cut Out Dresses are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
